in the spirit of vermont cheese week, we will be hosting a special cheese tasting with will featuring 3 different vermont-made beverages paired with five vermont cheeses within a 50mi radius. we will gather around the long farm table in the parlor to explore the nuances of simple yet memorable food and drink accompaniments.

vermont farmers and food professionals are invited to the tillerman for a late afternoon of connection, conversation, and culinary insight. enjoy snacks and refreshments while exchanging ideas with fellow farmers and food industry peers.

spend a couple hours exploring the art of arranging forced tulips, foliage and branches into a centerpiece to take home. this intimate workshop is for all skill levels and meant to build on the age-old tradition of persuading plants into bloom with the manipulation of warmth and time, with the focus on local flowers and foliage from our vermont landscape.
